Sebrina Diet Day 1

Keeping hard to the 'earn my carbs' rule, I got out of bed and started my day with Zuzana's 4 minute prebreakfast workout (mentioned it a couple of times before on this blog, you can google it if you're interested!). At least, I wouldn't feel so guilty when I eat the delicious chicken rice that my parents packed for me.

Pre-breakfast workout: interval of high jumps and 

27, 34, 20, 30, 21, 32, 25, 32, 20 (stopped prematurely as I didn't have the stamina!)

12pm - 3 spoons of chicken rice 

2pm - half a bowl of Beancurd

6pm - 6 pieces of McNuggets 

10pm - a bite of burger and half a slice of seafood pizza 

I think this diet idea is good- it makes me think a lot about what I eat. This day isn't a good example but it's hard to eat healthy when u eat all ur meals out. At least I stopped myself from eating more junk food.. And I didn't order cheesecake when we were at Blooie's nor go Udders for a second rd of supper!
