7.30am - Breadtalk's cheese hotdog bun and vitasoy
11.30am - huge cup of ice Milo. Had no idea it could be that filling.
1.30pm- a serving of guava and honeydew each
2.30pm- 5 slices of chicken fillet and watermelon.
Weighed myself again and to my horror... I lost 2kg from that day I weighed myself? No wonder i read somewhere before that we should weigh ourselves at the same time of the day. Joked to Ben that I can cut myself some slack and eat sloppily again haha.
4.30pm - exercise bike
30 minutes; 130 calories; 13km
6pm - chai fan (three spoons of rice with two types of fishes, tofu and veg)
10.30pm - one bean paste bao
Maybe I should cut my supper habit!
I think I can forget about Tues, Wed and Thurs. I didn't exercise... And I ate quite a lot of rich food. I really love Wild Honey at Mandarin Gallery and went there on both Tues and Wed. Mad, aren't I! I got to try the Scandanavian, European and Tunisian breakfast! Each of them taste wonderful in their own ways *slurps! I would so go back there for the Scandanavian one again xD
