Breakfast - 2 slices of bread with ham, egg and cheese
Lunch - a bowl of special K cereal with milk and blueberries
Snack - 2 slices of watermelon
Dinner - a spoonful of noodles, half a plate of salmon tofu mentai (sinful!!), 2 shitake mushrooms
Supper - 2 salmon mentai sushi :((
Beverage - nestle blackcurrent juice
Exercise - 2 hrs of semi intensive badminton
